Our History

Buckner Blvd. Plumbing Co., Inc. was founded in May 1952 by R.C. Ottwell, Sr. and B.J. Smith. The company first operated from a single car garage at 939 S. Buckner Blvd. in Pleasant Grove.

Following a brief stay at another garage on Murdock Road, the business opened in a new location at 2800 Buckner Blvd. in January 1953. The company re-located to 8215 Maddox, where we operated until 1968.

To continue to build on its excellent reputation as a full service plumbing contractor for new home construction, Buckner Blvd. Plumbing Co., Inc. retained its original name when the company relocated to 4030 Gus Thomasson in Mesquite (Gus Thomasson at I-30) in 1968.

The current 15,000 square foot plant and 15 vehicle fleet enable our 20 professional employees to serve builders' plumbing construction needs.
